Returns, Refunds, & Cancellation Policy:


We suggest you to read this Agreement cautiously prior making any purchase if you are not ok with all the terms and conditions of this Agreement then you must not use this Website. We highly respect your privacy of personal information hence we only gather information to accomplish your requests and our legitimate business goals, and we assure you that we will never share your personal information to third parties without your permission.


Return Policy and cancellation policy:


Prior accepting the delivery of our products, we advise our customers to check for packaging that it has not been broken or damaged. If you believe that the ordered item is not in good condition, or if the packaging is damaged, please refuse to take the delivery of the package, and call our all-day helpdesk at 986902002 or e-mail us / mentioning your Sales Invoice.We will not accept the product if Sales Invoice are not provided.  We will make our best efforts to ensure that we will replace the product as soon as possible.


Returned product will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Any item that shows the signs of damaged, altered, cannot be accepted for return. If you return any item which is delivered to you in damaged/defective condition, there will be no extra shipping charges


If you cancel an order that has not been shipped by us, we will cancel your offer and will refund Product amount mention in the sales invoice . The orders that have been shipped by us will not be cancelled in any case.


Exchange policy:


SVAN/SBOM Electronics  offers a hassle-free 3 days exchange from the date of delivery of product. In case if you are not satisfied with our product, we will gladly provide you exchange but the product should be “AS IT IS” and there will no refund of money in any case.


Please Note:


In the event of exchange the customer have to bear the shipping charges. We will not be responsible.

Cheque purchases will not be shipped until and unless cheque has been cleared. If you return any item which is delivered to you in damaged/defective condition, there will be no extra shipping charges. For Product Damage please contact the Courrier Company customer Care.






We will deliver the ordered item within 8-10days from date of purchase. We use third party courier services for delivery and shall not be legally responsible for any delay due to the delivery of service providers.
